SmartHosp is designed for authorized hospital personnel, including Representatives, Managers, CMO, MD, CEO, administrators, healthcare professionals, and other authorized users.

Account deletion may need to be requested through the organization's administrator.
The organization may determine whether certain organizational information can be deleted.

Users should not request deletion of patient records through the individual account deletion process unless they are specifically authorized to do so.
8. Data From Backups
Some information may remain temporarily in secure backup systems after deletion.
Backup copies may be retained for:
Disaster recovery;
Business continuity;
Security;
System integrity;
Legal or regulatory requirements.
Where information remains in backups, it will be protected and will generally be removed or overwritten according to the applicable backup retention cycle.
9. Deletion Is Generally Permanent

We will not ask users to provide passwords or authentication codes as part of the deletion process.
11. Processing Time
